How quotes, design studio previews, shop reservations, and pickup and delivery work.
About these terms
These terms cover use of the Old 2 New Furniture & Woodworks website, quote requests, the design studio and reservations from our shop. By using the site you agree to them.
Quotes and estimates
Quotes are free and based on the photos and details you send. A final price is confirmed before work starts. If we find hidden damage once the old finish comes off, we’ll contact you before doing any extra work. Quotes are valid for [number of days].
Design studio previews
The design studio shows an approximate preview. Colors, wood grain and hardware look different on every screen and every piece of wood, so the finished result will not match the preview exactly. Materials estimates in build sheets are guides, not prices.
Shop pieces and reservations
You can buy a piece online at checkout; the sale is complete once payment goes through, and we confirm delivery or pickup with you. Reserving a piece online puts it on hold for [hold period]. A reservation is not a purchase; the sale is complete when the piece is paid for [on delivery / at pickup / deposit terms]. Pieces are restored vintage or used furniture and may show some character marks; we describe condition as accurately as we can.

Your furniture in our care
We take care with every piece we pick up, store and work on. Pickup and delivery

Photos of your project
We like to share before-and-after photos of our work. We only post photos of your piece with your OK, and never photos that show your home or personal details without permission.

Please don’t misuse the site, for example by sending spam through the forms or trying to break its security. The site’s text, photos and design belong to Old 2 New and Stark Create and may not be copied without permission.
