What we collect when you request a quote, reserve a piece or use the design studio, and how we use it.

Who we are

Old 2 New Furniture & Woodworks ("we", "us") is a furniture and cabinet refinishing business in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. This policy explains what information our website collects and how we use it. Questions: old2newfurniture55@gmail.com or (931) 231-6737.

What we collect

Quote requests: your name, phone, email (optional), ZIP code, a description of your project, your contact preference, and any photos you attach.
Shop reservations: your name, mobile number, ZIP code and delivery choice.
Online orders: your name, contact details, billing and delivery address, and what you bought. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
Design studio build sheets: the piece, colors and hardware you chose, when you send them to us.
Basic technical data: like most websites, our host records IP addresses, browser type and pages visited for security and to keep the site running.

Photos and the design studio

In the design studio you can preview colors on a photo of your own piece in two ways. If you brush colors on yourself, the photo stays in your browser. If you ask for AI ideas, and tick the box to agree, your photo is sent to our AI image provider ([provider name, e.g. OpenAI]) to make the previews, and the photo and previews are stored on our website for [30] days so you can send them with a quote request. Photos you send with a quote request are kept with that request.

[If AI photo cleanup is enabled: photos you submit may be processed by an image-processing service acting on our behalf, only to prepare your preview. Name the provider and confirm it does not keep or train on the images.]

We will never post a photo of your home or your piece without asking you first.

How we use it

To reply to you, prepare quotes, hold shop pieces, and schedule pickup and delivery.
To keep records of the work we did, including the colors used, so we can help with touch-ups later.
To protect the site from spam and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

Only with services that help us run the business, such as our website host, email provider and [SMS/text service, analytics provider, if used]. They may use it only to provide their service to us. We may also share information if the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics

How long we keep it

We keep quote and reservation details for [retention period] so we can follow up and keep job records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Our website is meant for adults arranging furniture work. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
